SDL 3 patches for the web port
install.sh (component sdl3Web) applies these to the SDL 3 release source
in filename order before building it with Emscripten. The web port's gates
depend on every one of them.

| 0001-emscripten-initial-axes | SDL's Emscripten joystick driver reports no axis values when a gamepad is opened, so SDL takes the first value each axis reports as its resting value and drops it: the first push of a stick in each direction never arrived. The patch modifies SDL and contains its code, so it is under SDL's zlib license, not JoeyLib's MIT License.
