JPEG XL MIME type

If not already installed by the Installing section of README.md, then it can be done manually:

Install

sudo xdg-mime install --novendor image-jxl.xml

Then run:

update-mime --local

Uninstall

sudo xdg-mime uninstall image-jxl.xml
