# Kickstart 3.1 has no lowlevel.library in ROM: AmigaOS loads it from LIBS:,

# and the Amiga joystick gate put it there. Cloanto still sells Workbench 3.1
# (Amiga Forever), so it is never downloaded from a public source: it comes
